This 2 gallon model is best, even for small fluid volume, January 7, 2010 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Chapin 20020 SureSpray 2-Gallon Sprayer (Lawn & Patio) Nicely constructed! You may be trying to decide between the 1 gallon model and this 2 gallon model. The benefit of the larger model is that, for example, if you only have 1 gallon of liquid inside, there is still 1 gallon of air pocket left over that you can compress for more spraying power. If you buy the 1 gallon model and you fill it completely, then there is very little air inside that you can compress initially. This is the perfect size for easy carrying around the garden, just fill it half way with liquid and the leftover volume is a larger air spring.

Works great initially, but you need to get the replacement handle, December 4, 2009 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Chapin 20020 SureSpray 2-Gallon Sprayer (Lawn & Patio) Filled the tank multiple times and sprayed my whole backyard. One week later when I went to apply a second coat, the trigger handle started to pop off whenever I squeezed it. I contacted Chapin support and they are sending me the "new, redesigned trigger handle" - which makes me ask why they didn't just put it in the box in the first place.

This has a screen on the end of the feed tube and it really seems to keep the nozzle from clogging. I recommend it.
